Jerry Oldham Jr.
With humble beginnings as a tile setter in 2000, Jerry established Midwest Remodel, transforming it into a premier remodeling company. He takes immense pride in building a second-generation business alongside his children. Jerry resides in Sycamore with his wife and is a proud father and even more proud grandfather!
Cassandra Smrz
As Jerry’s oldest, Cassandra oversees daily operations, manages the office, handles estimating and project management. She lives in Sycamore with her husband, Kevin, and their three sons: Ace, Carter, and Hudson.
Dakota Oldham
Jerry’s third oldest, Dakota, is the lead field member known for his exceptional tile-setting skills and dedication to every project. He lives in Sycamore with his wife, Amber, and their son, Miles.
Brandon Oldham
The fourth oldest of Jerry, Brandon is one of our lead tile setters and our lead trim carpenter, recognized for his keen eye for detail and pursuit of perfection. He resides in DeKalb with his two dogs, Odin and Moon.
Joshua Oldham
As the fifth of Jerry, Joshua has recently begun his apprenticeship. We eagerly anticipate his growth and contributions to the family business. Joshua lives in DeKalb with his roommate and teammate, Brandon.
Kaitlyn Oldham
As the youngest of the Oldham bunch, Kaitlyn has joined the team alongside Cassandra in the office. She handles the incoming calls, front end operations and will be your first point of contact when you reach out to Studio MWR | Midwest Remodel & Co.
