JERRY OLDHAM JR
As the founder of Midwest Remodel, Jerry takes great pride in the business he has built up and is excited to be building a second generation business with his children.
Jerry lives in Sycamore with his wife. Together, they have 12 children and many many grandchild with more on the way!
CASSANDRA SMRZ
Cassandra is Jerry’s oldest daughter. She runs the every day ins and outs of the business. She manages the office and estimating. You’ll also find her at all of the job sites and she’ll be the first person to greet you when you call!
Cassandra lives in Sycamore with her husband, Kevin, and their three sons, Ace, Carter and Hudson.
DAKOTA OLDHAM
Dakota is Jerry’s third oldest son and one of our leading team members. He is an amazing tile setter and always shows immense dedication to any project he is involved with. No task is too daunting and no job is too big; he takes it all on!
Dakota lives in Sycamore with his wife, Amber, and they are expecting their first child later this year!
BRANDON OLDHAM
Brandon, Jerry’s fifth son, is our newest lead tile setter. With an eye for detail and always striving for perfection, he keeps the bar set high for himself.
Brandon lives in Sycamore with his 2 dogs, Odin and Moon.
JOSHUA OLDHAM
Joshua is the 6th son of Jerry and currently the youngest of the Oldham boys to join the family business. He has just started his apprenticeship, and we cannot wait to see his skills emerge and look forward to all the things he will bring to the business.
Joshua lives in Sycamore with his girlfriend Hannah and roommate (and teammate) Brandon.
